Everything is based on 3/4in plywood. The holes are for 3/8in bolts and all everything gets cut out with a 1/4in bit on the CNC. Also note that your CNC machine will need to have at least 1220mm. I have a video on how to change your Axiom CNC AR8 to accommodate the full 48in Y-axis.
